The personal experience of a Couple from Scotland

After unsuccessfully trying IVF with our own eggs in the UK, we were advised egg donor was the next option for us in our fertility journey. We approached two clinics, after doing online research, one in Spain and one in Greece but after our initial consultation with NewLife, we knew we had to go ahead with them. Chrysa was warm and friendly, and Dr. Dovas was extremely professional. We felt we were able to be open about a recent mental health illness and our desire for a darker-skinned donor due to our heritage from the Indian subcontinent. We were not made to feel uncomfortable about wanting a baby at our age or with an egg donor as we have been in the UK.

Dora has been our coordinator and she is wonderful! She has been an absolute delight to work with - super helpful, caring, funny, and always one step ahead of any questions we may have. She is so organized and has kept us on track through our treatments. At no point did I feel a question was too much. I felt I could contact her at any time by email or by phone. It has been lovely to know that Dora is there for us to support us on the journey and that the whole team is behind her. Our experience with Dora and the clinic has been flawless, taking away any worries we may have had.

With NewLife, we felt that we were well looked after and cared for all the time. The staff are exceptionally professional and take a personal interest in you and your journey. Your happiness is their happiness, and your disappointment is theirs. It has been a pleasure to visit their clinic and the city of Thessaloniki. We can't thank everyone at NewLife enough for all they have done for us. We are now 8 weeks pregnant, a dream we never thought would happen.
